Mitsuba Japanese Restaurant offers an inviting dining experience with an array of authentic, high-quality Japanese dishes. Known for its à la carte buffet, Mitsuba provides guests with a wide variety of options that showcase traditional Japanese flavors in a relaxed setting. As a resident consultant, my role spanned social media strategies, content creation, creative direction, photography, and video production, crafting a cohesive digital presence that reflects Mitsuba’s dedication to Japanese cuisine.



Shaping Mitsuba’s Social Identity and Engagement

Through strategic planning, I developed and implemented Mitsuba’s social media presence, focusing on audience engagement and brand consistency. Each post was curated to highlight Mitsuba’s extensive buffet offerings, signature dishes, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The goal was to create a dynamic online community, bringing Mitsuba’s flavors and personality to life on social platforms.



Creative Direction, Photography, and Video Production

With Mitsuba’s visually appealing dishes and approachable dining style, creative and art direction were essential in developing an authentic and engaging look. Through photography and video, I captured everything from freshly prepared sashimi to the variety of dishes available at the buffet. Each visual was crafted to emphasize the quality and appeal of Mitsuba’s cuisine, inviting viewers to experience Japanese dining at its finest.
