Lolla: Redefining Mediterranean Dining

Nestled in Singapore, Lolla offers a dining experience that combines bold Mediterranean flavors with an industrial chic ambiance. Known for its ingredient-driven approach and inviting atmosphere, Lolla is a space where culinary creativity meets modern design. As a resident consultant, my role encompassed social media strategy, creative direction, and visual storytelling, working to capture the essence of Lolla’s unique vibe and cuisine.


Crafting Lolla’s Social Presence and Strategy

As Lolla’s social media consultant, I developed a strategy that brought out the restaurant’s inviting personality and modern aesthetic. Through curated content, we highlighted Lolla’s signature dishes, seasonal changes, and moments that showcase the restaurant’s rustic, ingredient-first approach. Each post was designed to create a cohesive brand narrative, making Lolla’s digital presence feel as welcoming and stylish as its industrial chic interiors.


Creative and Art Direction

With Lolla’s raw, industrial elements and vibrant plates, creative and art direction were essential in building a visually cohesive look. Every image and post was styled to reflect the textures and colors of Lolla’s space and menu, emphasizing the contrast between rustic flavors and modern decor. This direction helped convey the personality of the restaurant, bringing out the synergy between its bold Mediterranean cuisine and stylish interiors.


Photography and Video Production

Through photography and video production, I captured the energy and aesthetic of Lolla. The food photography highlighted each dish’s details and presentation, from the rustic simplicity of small plates to the bold, layered flavors. Video production brought Lolla’s kitchen to life, giving viewers a glimpse into the preparation and passion behind each dish. These visuals created an immersive experience, connecting followers to Lolla’s food philosophy and industrial chic vibe.




Building a Community Around Lolla

With an emphasis on storytelling, our social media strategy was designed to build a digital community around Lolla. By combining creative direction, photography, and strategic content management, we created an online presence that reflects Lolla’s heart.
